Now that I have the studio, I can finally teach livestream the way it should be taught: live, from a real room, with real students, in real time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to have my camera on?
Totally your call. Some students keep it on because they like feeling in the room. Others keep it off. Both work.
What if I miss a class?
Every livestream comes with a 48-hour replay, sent automatically to everyone who registered. Watch on your own time, then the link expires.
What streaming platform do you use?
Zoom. You'll get the link when you register and also an hour before class. One click and you're in.
Do I need any equipment?
A yoga mat (or any soft surface), a blanket (if you tend to get cold), water or tea. That's it.
What if I'm brand new to Kundalini?
Welcome! I'll guide you through everything. We welcome every level here at Kundalini Silver Lake.
How is this different from a YouTube class or yoga app?
Those are pre-recorded content. This is a live class, everything happens in real time, with real people in the room. You're not just watching. You're actually practicing with us.
The energy is completely different.
What time zones does this work for?
All of them. Students join live from the US, Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond. Anyone who can't make the live time gets the 48-hour replay.
Is this included in my in-studio membership?
Livestream is a separate thing. If you're an in-studio member and want livestream access too, you can add it.
