
This is a gentle, grounding pregnancy-focused yoga session created to nurture both you and your growing baby.
Each class incorporates mindful breathing, rhythmic movement and mantra meditation to balance and elevate your energy.
While Kundalini Mommy is designed for and centers pregnant clients (in any trimester), it is also open to people who are newly postpartum and those who are on the fertility journey.
(Doors open at 10:15 am and our practice starts promptly at 10:30 am.
