Together, we’ll explore how the body softens in states of release, work with mantra and breath to shift your energy, and relax into restorative rest supported by gong sound waves (benefits: calms the nervous system + supports emotional release).

We’ll move through movement and meditative techniques that help you access your higher self. No yoga experience is needed — this space is for anyone wanting to explore Kundalini Yoga as supportive practices for emotional regulation, grounding, and self-awareness.
