Kundalini Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about touching your soul.

Kundalini Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about touching your soul.

Sat Nam dear Soul❤️

You know how hard life can be. You know what it's like to go through or be in the middle of your "dark night of the soul".

I've been down there...all the way at the bottom. And it was hard and I felt alone and I thought that that darkness would last forever.

It didn't!

You gotta make the choice

But that's because, as I was lying on my bedroom floor, weeping, sobbing, and asking Goddess, God, the Universe to help me, that's when I vowed to find a way out of the dark hole of DEPRESSION, ANXIETY and UNCONTROLLABLE ANGER.

I had to make a choice. I had to trust that there was more to life than my wounds and my misery and my thoughts of self-hate.

Gratitude: The thing is, finding my way out of the darkness showed me what a gift all my trauma, all my wounds and all my challenges had been.

Because, they helped me to see my light and they help me to support others on their way into the light.

I'm grateful for it all.

Healing isn't linear.

If you're not grateful for all that bad stuff yet, that's ok because you get to choose your own path of healing.

And if that's what you're on: a path of healing, a path of self-empowerment...

If you're doing Inner Work, self-healing...

If you're reclaiming your spark, your love, your power...

Then, I'd love to walk with you.

What I do is, I hold space for whatever needs to come up and be healed.

I hold space for your emerging self.

I don't impose my views or my stuff on you. I'm not trying to be your Guru.

You are your own Guru and you know what's right for you and what works for you.

Imagine this instead...

I love reminding you of your sovereignty and your power to choose in every moment.

And I also like to remind you that you can control your mind, that you can create a life that you love, a life aligned with your values.

I don't mind sharing about my story and my struggles, you'll here them sprinkled into my classes and my emails and my podcast.

If you wanna know what kind of teacher I am, then I can tell you that I teach what worked for me...

I teach what works.

I teach what helped me out of the darkness...

I teach what unlocked my purpose, my radiance and my joy.

And what was that?

Mantra chanting, challenging Kundalini Yoga Kriyas, yogic breathing techniques, mantra meditations and spiritual books like ONENESS, The Power of Now, When Things Fall Apart (there are so many more).

You go at your own pace

And in my classes, that's what I share: Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, mantra and inspirational passages from books and from real life.

And as I do that, I know that one thing or another that comes through me will land for you, will help you to uncover, unlock or heal something.

The magic: That's that magic of these classes, I get out of the way so the Universe can work through me and so you get exactly what you need.

I'd love to see you in a class!.

Some background...

I'm originally from Southern Germany - born and raised.

After college I moved to New York City to pursue a career at a fashion magazine. And that's where I met my partner, Rob, and we moved to Los Angeles.

Honestly, I thought I'd never leave NYC. I mean I was doing front row at Fashion Week, the whole experience.

But here I am, a yoga teacher (!!), vegan, alcohol-free and weed-free.

As women, we really go through so many versions of ourselves and I like this version the best so far.

Life is too f*cking short to be miserable!

What if I've never done yoga before?

That's totally fine because all classes are beginner-friendly.

Do I need a yoga mat?

If you have a mat, bring it. If not, no worries, I always have extras. And if you like, you can bring a cushion to sit on. And don't forget your water.

Where can I park?

There's lots of free parking on Griffith Park Blvd. and across the street from the studio. You'll get an email with all the details after you sign up.

I'm not flexible, now what?

You don't need to be flexible to do Kundalini Yoga because it's very different from the more mainstream yoga styles.

No, I specialize in transformative group experiences because I believe that community is healing.

Do you teach online?

My specialty are transformational in-person experiences, currently I don't offer these experiences online.

What if I don't live in silver lake?

Many of our students come from nearby neighborhoods like Los Feliz, Atwater Village, Glendale, Burbank, Echo Park.

is this class spiritual?

Yes, but not in a dogmatic way. I think of it as connecting with your inner wisdom, with a dash of chanting and a lot of compassion.

What if i can't afford class right now?

I totally get it, everyone has periods of low or no income - that's why your first class is free. And if you feel great after class and you want to keep coming, send me an email - I have partial and full scholarships on an in-need basis.
