Shakti Circle is a monthly workshop where you develop new ways to connect with your innate power, led and curated by Elaina.

In Hinduism, Shakti is the Universal Power, the dynamic, creative force that supports and sustains all existence.

Every second Sunday of the month, we gather to explore our potency through movement, meditation, introspection, and discussion - practices that are specially designed to help you access and further develop this energy.

This workshop is always included in your membership & package, and also open to everyone.

All levels of experience are welcome.
